When WeatherFreight analyzes an order and finds that weather conditions along the route aren't safe for shipping, the order stays in a "Pending" status rather than being cleared. Every night at 1:00 AM Pacific, our system automatically rechecks the weather forecast for all pending orders. If conditions have improved and a safe arrival window opens up, the order is automatically cleared and your team gets an updated shipping note. This repeats every night until a safe window is found — no manual intervention needed.
